A recent survey by Cloud for Good is showing the quantitative positive impact of Salesforce and consulting services on their clients. 76% of their clients are reporting that Salesforce is making it easier for them to do their job and overall, that nonprofits are communicating more effectively, raising more funds, increasing employee performance, providing better programs or services, and engaging and strengthening their communities.

Salesforce.org provides nonprofit organizations with 10 free licenses to its CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) cloud-base software. They'll even provide nonprofits with a "Nonprofit Starter Pack" which is a CRM template built specifically for nonprofits to use.
