After graduating from the CXWorks program this past March, Princess Cruz jumped straight into her new career as a Customer Service Representative at CVS. Having secured the position during her last week of training, Princess’s first day on the job happened to fall on the same day as her CXWorks graduation!
How did Princess find her way to this new career? During her time in the CXWorks program, Princess’s confidence in her professional skills was bolstered, thanks to the help of the CXWorks staff and invaluable lessons. Interview skills, resume building, and learning to have a growth mindset are some of the lessons that stood out most to Princess.

After completing the eight-week program, Princess now has a job that she already loves. As a Customer Service Representative in the Specialty department, Princess answers inbound calls to schedule orders for patients with specialty medication.
