TechSoup compiled stats from over 10,500 nonprofit and charity organizations on cloud computing, and came up with these insightful statistics:
- Out of over 10,500 organizations interviewed, 90% use at least 1-cloud based application (i.e., email).
- Over half of the organizations interviewed say a "lack of knowledge" keeps them from exploring cloud technologies.
- Mid-sized nonprofits are the most prepared for cloud adoption, with 64% of on a 1-3+ year plan.
