Last Friday, November 11th, the inaugural class’ graduation from the eight-week program was held in Las Vegas. With customer service training, customer experience is improved – leading to higher customer satisfaction and loyalty. Employers know to look for new hires with the training and skills to keep customers happier. The students’ improved knowledge, skills, and confidence will give them an edge in their job search and better leverage in salary negotiations.
CXWorks is a new Tech Impact workforce development program that offers free job training to young adults in the Las Vegas community who are ready to start their career in mastering the customer experience. Students immerse themselves in the skills and knowledge required to be a customer service professional and graduate ready for diverse call center positions. CXWorks is taught at the Historic Westside School in the new Tech Impact Community Center in Partnership with Barclays.
